My 5c on this matter. The new user interface sucks. I do not know how the UX was determined prior to landing that page. the photos are displayed in a very bad way. I can go on for long here. REVERT THE CHANGE

I recently started selling on Hipstamp. I can confirm that I lost items as well. They just disappeared from the listings!

If the buyer is not willing to provide feedback, then they so not deserve to receive feedback. This is a reciprocal matter! The feedback means a lot for the buyers and the sellers.

Just to clarify. I ship from South Africa to the US. I only lost one letter so far. I just wanted to establish the process that is followed in Hipstamp from other sellers. Thank you for comments.

I have noticed that the number of items in my store is also changing for not particular reasons!! I opened a ticket this morning. I also listed over 180 items yesterday and they never reflected under my store as yet. I am unsure of the challenge!!!!
