Awesome series Ted, can we expect a video on collecting stamps with a certain musical instrument?, wink-wink.

Thank you Carol, Appreciate the solid advice. Mark

This is what I use. Not for sure if it's available down under, I get mine at either Walmart or Home Depot, but it is available on Ebay. Easy to use spray from the backside, wait a minute then lift stamp off. Then sprinkle gum with either corn starc…

Probably trying to generate traffic to the giveaway page. With more than 0 feedback, I gave up on trying to win anything.

John, Just one mans opinion, but I didn't see a problem with your stamp. But then again I saw no problem with Benjamin's stamp as it was listed as being not perfect. My problem is with sellers who think it is their place to force their standards on …
-
Benjamin, Please do not take to heart the narrow minded thinking of a small (very small) percentage of the forum community. These people have been trying unsuccessfully to push their high minded standards on the selling community for a long time and…

When sending I use a mixture, usually hinged and I try to keep it at 3 or less. When receiving all are welcome. My grandaughter took an interest when i was soaking, so i bought her a Harris album. Now once a month we get together and soak and mount …

Merry Christmas from the shore of Lake Michigan.

John, I believe the member was looking for an ID on the stamp. NOT your opinion.

My guess would be National ugly Christmas sweater day. It was also cat herders day.

Or at very least Anger Management.

About 150 miles SW of where I live. Quite the tourist town. Who wouldn't want to be married in Hell Michigan.

My apology, I hope I didn't come off as snarky, just trying to help.

Michael, as I said, in an earlier attempt at getting them identified the owner showed a picture of the reverse of the pair with said pencil markings. And you are correct as to the affixed stamp tied to the piece.
-
In an earlier attempt, a scan of the back of the pair showed pencil marks showing the grill at 12x16 which if correct puts the pair as #94 (F grill) which is also written on the back.

I went to a show this weekend in Kalamazoo Mi. The room was filled with about 25 or so dealers and each one had 3 - 4 chairs in front of them and they were almost to capacity. The downside was that at 58 most of the people there referred to me as "y…

Is the horse dead yet?

Just my two cents worth, I am like the other fine sellers here, feedback given when I print the invoice. I feel feedback to buyers is like the complaint department. Nobody asks where the compliment department is. I did check some feedback of some bu…

I second that.

When you get there you will find he is 90 years of age.

James says "Really now, do you want to do business with someone who talks like this?" Answer yes. He's a regular buyer that lives in Czechoslovakia. Not everyone has English as a primary language.
-
In the last hour, I have received messages from sellers with 0 feedback saying they bought stamps and never received them. They sent screenshots of the account. When I downloaded them my antivirus went crazy. Anyone else having this issue.

Oops, didn't see this. Yes same here.

Happy Easter everyone. We went to the Lake Michigan shoreline this morning, but it was a tad windy and the whitecaps made for a treacherous walk.
