Another from this seller is Italy Scott 75, cat. $1.60 in 2020 Scott. Priced at $200 or best offer. Today I received an email form Hipstamp urging me to make an offer before it is too late. This is a familiar tactic of Ebay but now Hipstamp too?

The overprinted stamps also have another overprint "Pro Materita e Infanzia" ( the horseshoe shaped overprint) This one applied in 1942.
