Im sorry Kris i didnt answer your question about if the stamps were hinged or mounted with tape. The answer is that they are hinged. I have to say also that the pics i posted are of some of the ones in the worst condition in my whole collection. I have alot also that are mint hinged i will post if you'd like to see them.September 2021 -
