how to put FREEPOTAGE on ALL my Listings.

  You can make Bulk Changes to existing listings from the Listings page. On the Listings page, click the drop-down menu above the first checkbox to select all items, and then scroll down and click on the "Bulk Edit" button. Then scroll down to "Shipping" and enter 0.00 in all relative boxes/countries.

  Just to note, you can also offer free postage at any time for purchases over $X or Y number of items, from the Members Area > Selling > Postage Setup page.
