Mark, There are plenty of collectors out there that love the "WTF" factor. (I'm one of them, so I get it). I would say, yes. The worst thing that happens is, no one buys them. ><
The Sakura catalog used to have a section for Manchukuo and other Japanese Occupation issues. They dropped it sometime between their 2013 and 2016 editions (I don't pick one up every year). Here's the listing for those stamps in the 2013 edition.
My guess is that if Scott listed them, they would catalog for about $2.00 or so.
