Getting stamps from a seller (that I didn't order)

In the last two weeks I have received stamps from (I believe) a HipStamp store owner. I assume his software is not working correctly (he has an impeccable feedback record). I have emailed what I believe is his address but no response (except getting another letter with stamps I have not ordered. Any ideas?
