Shipping charges setup

Would it be possible to set up shipping so I can have the same fee for Canada and the USA, and a separate fee for the rest of the world. Also if I set up for free shipping over $50, which I think I managed to do, can this be limited to Canada and the USA?

For the first part, I would think so. You have a 'domestic' setting already. You have an 'Everywhere else", too, by default. You can add a third for U.S. (or Canada) and set it the same as your domestic rate. I think that would get you want you want.

As for free S/H in US and Canada only, I doubt it from what I've seen thusfar. Add it to the requests! It looks like it will allow free domestic only, international only, or both. But not a third option of "certain" international.
  • Can I limit my sales to USA and Canada only? Appears worldwide is a default which I do not want to deal with...
  • I want to ship to USA and Canada only... the default comes up at Worldwide which is not what I want to do... How do I eliminate the default setting?
  • Yes. Go to the Members Area > Postage Setup page. This is where you set what locations you will ship to. From here you can delete the "Everywhere Else" option, and add in a new option for Canada. Then you would only be shipping to the US / Canada.
  • Got it Thank's... Just needed a little direction, after that all is well....
  • I've set-up my shipping rates and policies in prefilled fields settings, but my protocols don't seem to be lining up on individual listing [and yes, I did hit save] . . . I'm sure it's user error, but am at a loss for what I have done wrong. Any insight?
