    In the October 2022 issue of The American Philatelist, there is an interesting statement by Scott English, executive director, titled: On the Hipstamp and APS Promotional Partnership.One paragraph stood out:"Around the same time we launched StampStore, the APS partnered with eBay to correct misidentified stamps. While we positively impacted the marketplace, eBay ended the partnership when it changed its business model. No explanation needed as to what that means.

    Our partnership with the APS, and bringing the APS StampStore exclusively to HipStamp, is still moving forward as planned. However, the timeline for the official launch has been pushed back to December 1, as now noted on the APS StampStore page on the APS' website: https://classic.stamps.org/stampstore
