Is any one minding the store?

I have sent 4 inquires to HS since 9/4, I received a "ticket" after the 1st one, but not a word since, and no follow up on the ticket.
So, I have to ask, is any one home?

  • Well I don't know either I asked about the transfer of my Bidstart listings and got no response at all.
  • I have sent in several inquiries, and have only received one response. However, I have noticed that some of the inquiries were taken care of.
  • I'm seeing the same thing on the HipComic side. I sent in a bug report earlier this week, got the automated response, and then haven't heard anything since.

    It appears that they are active here on the forums (at least on the stamp side they are), so I'm not worried about them having disappeared. It is a little disappointing, though, to not hear back when we reach out through the "Contact Me" process.
  • Apologies for any delays in response. I can assure you that each and every ticket received will be responded to personally by our team. If you have not received a response to a ticket you have already opened - you will soon.

    We do have a backlog of tickets at the moment, and we try to answer oldest tickets first. At the moment, if you send multiple tickets, this may delay our response as your ticket may be classified by the newest date sent. However, again, every ticket receive will always be personally answered by our team.

    As has been mentioned by others, I appreciate the hands-on approach that you and your team are taking, and your willingness to engage in conversation with us here through the forums.
