Recently Listed ordering

I am not sure if the Recently Listed ordering sort is truly a sort of Newly Listed items, or if (like at BS) it includes re-listed items.
New Listings need to be dated and the initial listing date should be considered when this list is sorted for "Recently Listed' or it is worthless. One of my biggest gripes about the BS software.
Any hope it will be done differently here?
I am still buying on BS, but looking forward to moving here in the near future.

  • Ralph,

From what I am seeing the newer listings on Hipstamp are actually the newer listings. (On my oldest listings that were listed in April they are on the very last page of my store) I have not seen them end and restart like they do on Bidstart.

  • That would be fantastic!
    Confirmation from Mark?

  • It looks like relisted items are included with their new listing dates in the Recently Listed sort. Mark had inadvertently closed several of my listings while fixing a problem a few weeks ago. I finally got them relisted this week and they show up at the top of the Recently Listed sort.
  • On bidStart, all store items automatically "close" and "relist" every 30 days. On HipStamp that does not happen. With regards to the default sort, there are a number of factors that go into this - including when the item was listed. This is also an item we're continually improving.
