I posted a listing with an incorrect number of stamps in a small lot... the photo showed 19 stamps... but when I put in the text title I stated 91 stamps.... item was sold how do I handle this...???

Honestly.
Tell the buyer what happened, offer a full refund, and ask if he wants the lot regardless (and offer a discount for goodwill).

George... I sent a message on to the buyer explaining what had happened.... I did offer a full refund and as you said offered the buyer the item.... so guess I did the reasonable thing here... I'm not afraid to go the extra mile in order to please... George.. Thank You for your response....

From a buyer's perspective, an offer to cancel the transaction is what I'd expect. Looks like an honest mistake of transposing digits.
