Non-payments
I'm a new seller. How do I handle it when a buyer doesn't pay for an order? Does hipstamp automatically notify them or do I need to tell hipstamp about this. It's been 2 weeks for one buyer. And I did email them but no response. I saw on here that I can cancel the order but if I do that frequently HipStamp could penalize me. That doesn't seem fair if it's not my fault. Any help is appreciated.

In the case that an order is canceled because the buyer has not paid - the buyer may be penalized - not you the seller.
