James, that's the mass-produced, intentionally made error by the post office after discovery of an error pane that was sold by a post office. Interesting, yes, and the inverted yellow shows up in differently on some stamps. However, it was printed in the millions, so it has no real value.
Ah yes, I should have guessed the stamp savant, the philatelic phenom, the oracle of original postings would know and reply with the rapidity and accuracy which would cause Watson the super computer to power down in electrical awe. Atta boy Ted!
