    Sorry. I disabled international sales because of the UPU restrictions on sending any kind of merchandise by first-class mail. Stamps are required to be sent by International Large Envelope/Flat - Merchandise, and that means a minimum postage fee of $7.50

    I know, most American dealers here are not abiding by the law, I choose not to thumb my nose at federal regulations.
