In a few days (1/12), it will be 10 years ago that bidStart gave away a copy of the Inverted Jenny (Scott C3a). Man does time fly. That seems like yesterday... I'm still blown away by that promotion.

Incredible giveaway when there are only 100 known at values from few hundred thousand to one million per stamp. I was lucky to view the best copy at the world stamp show. I'm curious if the copy that got damaged going through the vacuum is the least valuable copy.

It is ironic that someone affiliated with the CIA would have won the invert, considering the famous CIA $1 invert candlestick stamp.

If I remember correctly, didn't the winner have a choice of items? There was a Baseball Card, a Comic Book, a Coin and the C3a.

Now I remember it was the Orangeburg Coil.
