Are Vacation Settings Implemented?

I wasn't able to find vacation settings in my store. There was a big red Disable button in the upper right corner, but I am not sure what that does.

Click on Members Area

Click on Seller Tools

Click on Global Settings

You will find Vacation Mode at bottom of page. Click On or Extended and then Click Submit.
