If you're within a store and you've set various filters, and there are no results, you will see a message indicating that results may be available if you clear some of the filters you've set. Directly below this message you should see a box with an X for each filter which is currently set. Clicking the X will clear the specific filter.
If you're within the Members Area, you can just click on the Selling > Listings > Open Listings link again to start over.
