I am a life-long collector of stamps; the son and grandson of men who were, among other endeavors, stamp collectors their entire lives as well. I am in the process of liquidating their combined collections consisting of Mint and Used singles, blocks, plate blocks, sheets, covers, postal history and First Day Covers.
Having been the owner of a chain of brick and mortar retail stores -- as well as an internet retailer -- throughout the 1990s, I know what customers expect from the people with whom they do business, and my goal for every transaction is to offer nice material at reasonable prices while at the same time offering the highest level of customer service possible.
I believe you will find my terms to be reasonable and to be the same that you would use if our roles were reversed. If you don't, let me know what you disagree with and I'll consider all suggestions.
