If the auction item(s) described is not to your full satisfaction, then please return the item(s) and payment will be re-funded on receipt. Refundable amount is amount of the paid stamps (not shipping charges). Received amount reduced for shipping charges will be refunded on paypal account. Buyer's shipping costs of returning is also not refundable. Acceptable period is 30 days after the end of the auction.
