You may see a difference of + or -, but it usually balances out. * Mailings that are bulky and / or with a total value of over $20.00 are sent via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS in the US and via USPS International Package for foreign destinations and they will have a Tracking #  

Foreign Shipments under $18.00 may be shipped First Class mail at my Discretion. Check the Postage costs to your Country

* There is a 30 Day return policy for most of my lots, unless they are described "AS IS " and because of their nature are mixed and large to describe and picture completely. Also, generally there is NO refund of the postage cost unless there is a mistake made by me.
