1. As a rule, all my listings have a picture showing the actual item(s) for sale. If a picture is not shown, it is probably due to a listing/upload error, and I would be grateful to be advised so that the picture can be uploaded so that you can see what is being sold. It is understood by the buyer that the picture(s) and the title is part of the description of the item being sold. You get exactly what you see in the listing. I do not ship an item that is different or somewhat similar from the picture in the listing.
2. My listings state that I do not accept returns, however mistakes do happen.
a) If by some chance you purchased an item by mistake you may return the item intact and in the same condition as was sent to you within 7 days of receival. The selling price only, will become a credit applicable on a future purchase from a want list you send me, so that you don't get billed for the credit you have with me. I will try to work with you to help alleviate an error in your purchase.
b) In the case of a mistake I have made by sending you an item that is evidently not the one listed, you may return the item for a refund and I will issue a paypal refund for the item along with the shipping cost normal for the one item in error. The shipping refund will be appropriate for the circumstance.
c) Any return of an item that is malicious in nature will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
