Refunds: 

Item(s) must be returned in my 102 cards-un damaged. 14 days no hassle refund. Either way I want you to be happy with your stamp. If for ANY reason, simply return it and money refunded by Paypal. I do not refund postage to and from. You may send me a scan of any issues you find and I will do my best to keep you happy.

Certified stamps: items must be returned with tracking number. Funds refunded by PayPal.

Seller has five days to inspect returned items. Seller will refund by PayPal.

INVENTORY:

I do my best to stay up on inventory-if there is a computer glitch and an item is listed that has been sold or damage-don't worry. I will promptly refund you funds and apologize for the computers errors-I do not have a staff of 50, it's only me.
