1999 full year stamps album: It has all 20 sets of stamps issued during 1999, including one full sheet of 1999-11 (not folded). 1999-18 only has the 50f and 150f stamps and the 800fen SS. It comes with a bonus, SS-1999年中国邮票珍藏--天安门图案纪念. The album is made by the China National Philatelic Corp. Each stamp mount is firmly fixed and holds stamp nicely in place. Good craftmanship. It's very elegant. Each set of stamp comes with Chinese-English bilingual introduction. All stamps are MNH.
