WWII APO 454 German Soldiers Horse Cavalry Postcard GI Victor 1945. APO 454 was located in Germany at this time and is scarce. Postage free sent by soldier. For some reason, these types of cards are much less common used than unused. I suppose after the war, people threw away their WWII correspondence--maybe to forget. Writer mentions that the Germans had an organized cavalry and mechanized branches.
