William m. Allen, president of boeing aircraft corporation postmarked in lolo mt, 9/1/1980, birth place and anniversary of birth, limited edition issue # 43

David k. Stone, well known artist and stamp designer, created the original artwork for each of these covers. Produced for the 1979 - 1981 "the pioneers of flight" series of fleetwood cachets for the international aerospace hall of fame. This cover includes the original descriptive insert. Flap is open and cover is un-addressed. Note: oversize envelope ~ 7.5 x 4 inch
