WASHINGTON-FRANKLIN ISSUE: Stunning offer of used blocks; FOUR, (Scott #470, 384, 428 & 498), MOSTLY REGISTRY CANCELS, nice start to this challenging area, INCLUDES THE BETTER 8c unwatermarked PERF 10 #470, VERY INTACT, BEAUTIFUL OLIVE SHADE, as good as centering gets on a used multiple of this nature, NICE, THEN THE #384 IMPERF BLK, stamps have big margins, block is partly adhered to paper, appears to be creased from the rear but doesn't show on face, as far as I can see, then #428 which has some blunted perfs, sm flts, lastly the 1c #498, CENTERED TO T, CENTERING ON THESE BLOCKS IS SUPERIOR TO WHAT YOU WOULD NORMALLY FIND ON COMMERCIALLY USED STAMPS, NICE EXPANSION (OR START) TO YOUR COLLECTION OF USED BLOCKS!
