Vintage US WW I Poster Stamp Czechoslovak National Council Of America Liberty For All Unused on Piece. The Czechoslovak National Council of America (CNCA) was an organization founded by Czech and Slovak émigrés during World War I. The CNCA's goal was to liberate their homeland from Austria-Hungary. The CNCA was established in Paris under the chairmanship of Masaryk. The United States recognized the CNCA as a de facto government at war with the German and Austro-Hungarian Empires. On September 3, 1918, Secretary of State Robert Lansing announced that the United States was prepared to enter into formal relations with the CNCA. Wikipedia
