The rest of the world gets an LN #, which is for customs, but it
usually stops tracking once it leaves the USA. Please be patient with
overseas delivery times, they occasionally can get held up for weeks,
and get delivered very late, or not at all(stolen or lost in customs),
but overall our success rate has been very good. If this occurs, please
do not report it as not received, or late until you can communicate with
us, otherwise on Hip and other sites it is reported as a defect,
which can impact our standing. WE WILL ALWAYS MAKE GOOD ON ANY PROBLEM. The
only other way to ship would be to use the upscale shippers such as
Federal Express , DHL,UPS, and the upscale USPS services, and the
difference in cost is astronomical. If this is of interest to you,
please let us know. Our default shipper is USPS First Class Domestic,
and First Class International. All will contain tracking and delivery
confirmation where offered, and will always include full insurance in
any shipping scenario. Stamps will be shipped inside approval cards,
protected on both sides with cardboard, in a hard envelope, with any
appropriate documents. Sheets and pages will be packed in a similar
appropriate fashion.

RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT just
let us know, buyer usually pays for return shipping. Material must be
received by us in the same condition as when it was sent. With the
volume of material involved, occasional mistakes, typos, wrong image,
etc., do happen, we will always make it right.

IMAGES are
an integral part of the description, look at them closely for their
centering, margins, perforations, etc. When viewing a page of stamps,
they might be mounted 2 or 3 deep, you are shopping for the top copies
only, unless otherwise stated. Please be aware that numerous groups and
assortments might not always include complete sets. Most material is
scanned in clear approval cards which can create slight abnormalities in
the image. Please realize that sometimes the high resolution images
are so big, it may distort the perception of the actual stamp. A tiny
inclusion can look like a black hole!

CERTIFICATES any
uncertified stamp purchased will be given extension privileges, as long
as we are notified promptly, any negative opinions, money refunded. We
normally do not allow extensions, if the item has a certificate less
than 5 years old. Buyer will borne cost of the certificate, unless prior
arrangements have been made.
