VIETNAM: Four Covers, all from 1992 & addr TO THE VOICE OF AMERICA RADIO in Washington DC USA, ONE IS VERY CLEAN w PAR AVION SLUG in METER, HO CHI MINH CITY, another from TAN DINH, also with SLUG But has stain on face, THIRD ONE IS DIFFERENT STYLE OF METER STAMP & has additional stamp on reverse, this cover has a Par Avion label on face, finally another HO CHI MINH City w faults (but from a different METER MACHINE), these are from a VOA CONTEST and some have content (NEVER OPENED AS THEY DID NOT WIN THE DRAWING), unusual offering, FINE -VFI combine shipping. Just ask.
