Venezuela, Scott #C336, used (o) air mail, 1951, Celebrating the 3rd Bolivarian Games, stamp shows the Bicycle Race Course, perforated: 12, American Bank Note Company engraved, 20 centimos, red dull brown, Scott 2019 catalog value: 70¢. Slightly off-centered, half circular, single-rimmed, black-inked cancellation on the lower left border and well clear of the central image, sound back, hinge remnant, good perforations; centering and offset cancellation warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch' offer. The stamp you see will be the one you receive.
