Some include interesting slogans and some are machine print and stick type. From various types of meters. Many of the cutouts are hinged to generic pages. All included pages and cutouts are shown in the photos at the bottom of this Description section. All pages are contained generic binder that is in rough condition. There is no unpleasant odor. Most or all cutouts appear in collectable condition but as with most old collections some may be flawed so please look closely at photos.
