MESSAGE REPLY CARD with unusual NYC USAGE: 1c on 2c Revalued, (Scott #UY9 // UPSS MR16-9), New York overprints, message side used NYC Washington Bridge Station Nov 1 1921, addressed Yonkers NY (just north of NY), separations at L have been repaired, sm flaws, the Wash Bridge station (still there today) is in Northern Manhattan and this group (a canoe association) was sending these cards out to local members (the event was a dinner and dance at the Greenwich Village Mill), this particular member was just over the border in Yonkers which, technically speaking, made the Reply Cards address of City in error, scarce and Fine-VF.Ships unfolded.
