INTERNATIONAL POSTAL CARD; TWO; 14c Coast Guard Eagle, (Scott #UX76 // UPSS #S93), first used 1981 to Hamilton AFB (perhaps the sender thought this was proper, but the rate was for international not domestic), second card used 1987 when the regular domestic rate went up to 14c and this card DID pay an appropriate rate (used by the Stamp Center), light toning, interesting Fine-VF pair.Would catalog $80 if properly used to international destinations. . . .
