US: 2c on 1c LIBRARY Postal Card, (#UX40), MINT (nothing on reverse), revalue has PORTION MISSING WITH "P" IN "PO" COMPLETELY GONE, what is odd about this card is that the DOT AFTER "O" IS ALSO MISSING (THE TRANSFER BLANKET WAS OBVIOUSLY INTERFERRED WITH AT L, BUT I DON'T SEE WHY THE PERIOD IS MISSING), highly unusual freak card, indentation at R as all of these cards have, VF … I have another one of these cards up on HS, but it is slightly different from this one as more of the "T" is missing.I combine shipping. Just ask.
