POSTAL CARDS: 1c on 2c Revalued POSTAL CARD, (Scott #UX33, UPSS #45-42), apparently Seattle OVERPRINT, cnl PORTLAND OR JAN 21 1921 machine slogan (Columbia River Highway -Oregon National Forest) postmark, locally addr, face has QUOTE FROM ECCLESIASTICUS IN RED, reverse is advert for Sunday assemblies at Temple Beth Israel, ONE OF THE UPCOMING TALKS was on the "THE FUTURE OF PALESTINE", advert includes a photo of the FAMOUS SYNAGOGUE, most interesting & very scarce UX33 card, few stray marks on reverse, VFThe overprint has some elements of the Omaha revalue.
