Issued dec. 1908, 8c, washington, the regular issue of 1908-1909, watermarked # 191, perf. 12, xf/sup. Centering, clean & sound. Picture is of stamp you will receive. Any spots or glare are from the camera lens or mount. Any discoloration is caused by poor lighting.
