Item Description

The 15 cent Inland Exchange stamp, perforated vertically. A vertical pair with no apparent cancel. No gum, so I assume it was used. There is a fold between the two stamps that has been pressed out, and a sealed tear at the lower left 15 on the top stamp. Which is unfortunate, because you will look a very long time to find a better centered pair.
