This cover would have been the top cover in a stack, all requiring return postage to be paid by the company of note. The BRM handling fee per piece of 1c would have been added to the first class letter rate of 3c so there would have been 125 BRM's paying the exact $5.00 assessment. Scarce cover and a great exhibit piece. Sent 1952, opened cleanly at top, some general wear & toning. Fine condition. The stamp is sound with fine to very fine centering.
