USA Scott #898, 990 & 992 National Capitol Sesquicentennial stamps tied by March 3, 1951 Lancanster, Pennsylvania Give + Red Cross Fund slogan cancel on cover sent to Montevideo, Uruguay. Damaged in delivery and Uruguay official seal added to backflap. Scarce usage! Sent 1951. Beautifully damaged as is condition as expected with officially sealed mail.
