USA Scott 228 Mint 1890 30 c Jefferson stamp CV $450 This is a beautiful stamp. The stamp appear mint never hinged, though I suspect regumming it looks too good,the gum is as clear as glass. There is a little mount mark along the top of the back of the stamp, lets call this a trivial gum disturbance. if it was regummed it was done well, not a sloppy job. We are pricing the stamp as if it were mint hinged. This should look GREAT in your colleciton.
