NOTE: I am ashamed to admit I know very little about early USA stamps. So, I give you a close up of the stamp to let you decide the value. We have large collections that I am uploading that I price based on what I paid, and/or what was written on the cover or the sleeve it came in. Please note that any price and/or description written on the cover was on it, not added by me. I could have easily removed, as they are in pencil, but leave for your benefit. Please feel free to make suggestions and/or offers. I have a lot to learn re. covers, and appreciate any suggestions. This has a ltter from Mr Sawtelle Enclosed. Will provide photo of it on request. Photography was a rare business in 1887. I want to research My Sawtelle when i get time
