This stamp is in Superb condition and while it appears mint never hinged, the accompanying PSE graded certificate lists the stamp as previously hinged and grades it Superb 98 Mint OGph. Catalog value is $1.30 according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ does not assign a value to hinged examples of this stamp.IMPORTANT Canada Post now requires all goods being shipped outside of Canada to be shipped by Tracked Small Packet service.
