Item Description

This stamp has Extremely Fine centering and appearance and is used with a smudgy cancel. It is accompanied by 2011 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it VF 80 Used and states "with a tiny laminated thin at the top center". I couldn't spot it. Catalog value is $0.30 according to Scott 2023 and at the time of listing the SMQ does not assign a value for this grade.
