This bottom margin single with selvage piece is in Extremely Fine condition and is mint never hinged with full original gum. Some light creasing on selvage piece only, stamp is sound. Ronrk (398)Bidding discrepencies02/09/2023 21:37:41If two people give the exact same bid at the exact same time at the end of the auction....the auction is closed. How is it determined that one of the bidders has been out bid. I think this bidding process on Hipstamp is rigged or at the very least not fair!!!
