Item Description
This stamp is in Fine/Very Fine condition and is mint with tropicalized (sweated) gum. It is accompanied by 2002 APEX Certificate which calls it "regummed", but for the life of me I can't imagine why anyone would take the trouble to regum such a common stamp. Catalog value is $10.00 (for hinged) according to Scott 2023.IMPORTANT Canada Post now requires all goods being shipped outside of Canada to be shipped by Tracked Small Packet service.
