This stamp has Very Fine centering and appearance and is mint never hinged, but unfortunately it is a fake coil. It is actually a 409 (Imperf) with fake perforations added, as is evidenced by the accompanying 2024 PSE Certificate. Will make a nice space filler or reference item.IMPORTANT Canada Post now requires all goods being shipped outside of Canada to be shipped by Tracked Small Packet service.
