This stamp is in Fine condition and is used with wavy machine cancel. While it appears to be the very valuable #388 perf 12 vertical coil (which catalogs for $2,250.00) it is actually a top margin #375 (which only catalogs for 25 cents) that has had perfs trimmed at bottom. The accompanying 2019 APS Certificate confirms the above.
