Item Description

This stamp has Extremely Fine centering and appearance and is mint never hinged with full original gum and appears to be USA #350 (Cat $325.00) but alas, it is actually a USA #346 with fake perforations added. It is accompanied by 2024 PSE Certificate to that affect. Good for a reference item or place holder.
