This stamp is in Extremely Fine condition and is mint previously hinged on full original gum. Stamp is accompanied by 2012 PSE Graded Certificate which scores it: XF 90 Mint OGh. Certificate mentions a perf disc indent in left margin. You can barely see it in scan (it is directly left of the tip of George's nose). Hardly worth noting.
